Cabana Swizzle
Always float the rum 🍹
Rum has had my heart lately and this drink is such a crowd pleaser. It’s an easy win for that late spring/summer season.

ingredients:
1½ oz. White CopalliRum
½ oz. Black Strap Rum (Floater)
½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. Orgeat
1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Mint (Garnish)
Lime Wheel (Garnish)

instructions:
Add mint to a tall glass then muddle gently. Combine all other ingredients except dark rum and garnishes to the glass. Swizzle the cocktail until incorporated and top the cocktail with more crushed or pebble ice. Float dark rum over top. Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint and a lime wheel (optional). Serve and enjoy.
