Give me a Negroni by candle light all dayyyy 🕯️🥃

It’s here! @negroniweek is starts tomorrow (9/16-9/22) and I’ve got something special planned for the week here in Charleston with some talented friends of mine and @campari_southcarolina. ingredients:

• 1½ oz | 45 ml Gin

• ¾ oz | 22.5 mlCampari

• ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Creme de Cacao

• ½ oz | 15 ml Sweet Vermouth

• 3 Dashes Cocoa Bitters

• Flamed Citrus Garnish

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, pour over clear ice in a rocks glass and garnish with flamed citrus (optional)..
