Yeahhh, this is dangerously easy to drink.

I’ve been wanting to make this since y’all gave me the idea a few weeks ago. Huge thanks to those who gave me tips along the way, this was definitely a learning process and well worth the wait. Hope y’all try it out, big ups to @meganmakesdrinks for her wisdom on Clarified Milk Punches, seriously so talented 🙏🏽

ingredients:

• 3 oz | 90 ml Rum

• 4 oz | 120 ml Pineapple Juice

• 1½ oz | 45 ml Campari

• 1 oz | 30 ml Lime Juice

• 1 oz | 30 ml Simple Syrup

• 2 oz | 60 ml (Whole) Milk

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger

• Barspoon

• Strainers

• Fine Strainer

• Collins Glass

• Rocks Glass

instructions:

Steep cereal in cold whole milk for 1 hour then strain into a properly sized vessel. Combine all other ingredients in a pitcher and stir vigorously. Pour contents of the pitcher into the cold milk and let the mixture sit for 15 mins. In a separate container, place 2 layers of cheese cloth into a large fine strainer. Pour entire contents over the cheese cloth 3x until fully clarified. Pour over ice. Serve and enjoy!
