I got this tiki mug from my friends over @deathandcompany x @tikilandtrading and immediately thought, it was so ON-BRAND for Death & Co. but also so fitting to make make a winter tiki cocktail inspired by The Christmas Carol… so here we are…

ingredients:

• 1½ oz | 45 ml Apple Jack

• ½ oz | 15 m Cynar

• ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lemon Juice

• 1½ oz | 45 ml Apple Cider

• ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Grenadine

• Garnish: Flamed Star Anise
  Optional: Dry Ice

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour and strain over ice into the ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. Finish with dry ice.
