Simple math: Rum + Passionfruit = ❤️🔥
Just sharing a cocktail I made a while back for goslingsrum when the team visited Charleston for @chsraceweek and took us out on the Manta Yacht to watch the race in the harbor. Between this crushable recipe and Dark ‘n Stormies, it’s safe to say we were all enjoying our time out on the boat.
ingredients:
1½ oz. Goslings Rum
¾ oz. Chinola (Passionfruit Liqueur)
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Agave Nectar (Optional but suggested)
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Dehydrated Lime (garnish)
2-3 Sprigs Mint (garnish)

To a stemmed glass with ice, add Prosecco rosé, aperitif, then top with sparking water (and more rosê). Garnish with fresh grapefruit and a castelvetrano olive.
