🍌Ok it’s about to get bananas on the #BartendersAndBoulevardiers series with @cooperscraft.

ingredients:

• 1 oz | 30 ml Bourbon

• 1 oz | 30 ml Banana, Hazelnut, & Coffee-infused Amaro

• 1 oz | 30 ml Italian Bitter Aperitif

• ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Heavy Cream

• 1 Brûléed Orange Wheel

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine Bourbon Whiskey, bitter aperitif, infused amaro and cream in a shaking tin. Shake hard. Add ice and reshake until chilled evenly. Strain and pour into a collins glass. Sprinkle an orange wheel with sugar and use a torch to caramelize the sugars. Serve and Enjoy
