The Neighborhood Stroll
As promised, here is the cocktail I made a story about last week using aquafaba (liquid from chick peas). It is perfect for any occasion, whether you’re looking for an after dinner drink recipe or looking to dunk on the neighborhood basketball hoop (check the next slide)... this one is for you... ok, maybe don’t try drinking and dunking.
Anyone here use aquafaba instead of egg whites to make their cocktail foam? I found the foam to be just as thick as using egg whites. I know there are some differing opinions on this topic but would love to know y’all’s thoughts!
