The Paper Plane

I fly like paper and…

…did you know the Paper Plane was a riff on The Last Word - and it was named after the MIA track… yeah… that one, from Pineapple Express 🤯 Anyway, its one of my rediscovered favorites to make, equal parts and perfect for the summer.

ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Bourbon

  • ¾ oz Amaro Nonino

  • ¾ oz Aperol

  • ¾ Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Paper Plane (Garnish)

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish (obviously) in a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with your fanciest mini paper plane. Serve and enjoy!
