Bantha Milk Fizz
A long time ago... In a city far, far away, a six year old boy watched his first @starwars film and was instantly hooked just like many of those before him.
I grew up watching these films over and over again and waited in line for the midnight showing of the prequels and the new series. I collected the toys, wore the shirts, etc. Since tonight is the official release of #TheRiseofSkywalker - I figured I’d honor my favorite series of all time with a boozy take on that subtle beverage with the cult following — BLUE MILK.
ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz White Creme de Cacao
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Dry Curaçao
¾ oz Pea Flower Steeped Heavy Cream
4 Drops Orange Blossom Water
1 Egg White
4 oz Soda Water
instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the soda water and garnish in a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour and strain into the shaking tin, dump the ice and dry shake vigorously for another 20 seconds (reverse dry shake method). Pour over a chilled Collins glass. Let the cream settle for about one minute then slowly pour soda water through the cream until the glass is full. Add a straw. Serve, enjoy and may the force be with you.
