I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for music festival szn.
Together with my friends at drinkhighwest, I want to share one of three cocktails that High West will be serving at this year’s High Water Festival (@highwaterfest) here in Charleston. This cocktail is light, refreshing and pairs perfectly with great music. Let me know if you’ll be out at the festival this year and check out the recipe below while you’re at it!

ingredients:
1½ oz Double Rye!
½ oz. American Prairie Bourbon
¼ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Ginger Juice
2 oz Ginger Beer
Lemon Twist (Garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a rocks or highball glass over pebble or crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve and enjoy!
