#HandcraftAfterDark | Episode 2: Peaches & Dreams (+Truffle!)
As promised, here’s the second episode of Handcraft After Dark. In this series, I’ll feature some of my favorite night caps and maybe even some recipes that YOU recommend. Here’s the catch: they always have to be stirred and must contain 4 or less ingredients (not including the garnish).

ingredients:
2 oz. Peach Brandy from highwirechs
½ oz. Peach Syrup
¾ oz Pineau des Charentes
4 Dashes Peach Bitters
Expressed Lemon Twist
3 Drops Truffle Oil
Peach Fan Garnish
instructions:
Combine peach brandy (cognac may be substituted), syrup, bitters and Pineau des Charentes into a mixing glass with ice. Stir then strain cocktail into the chilled Nick and Norah. Top with 3 drops of truffle oil. Garnish with a peach fan.
