The Grapefruit Venetian Sprit
What can I say, I’m a sucker for olives in my spritz.
ingredients:
1½ oz. Select Aperitivo
2 oz. Prosecco Rosé
1½ oz. Grapefruit Sparkling Water
1 Grapefruit Wedge (Garnish)
1 Castelvetrano Olives (Garnish)
instructions:
To a stemmed glass with ice, add Prosecco rosé, aperitif, then top with sparking water (and more rosê). Garnish with fresh grapefruit and a castelvetrano olive.
