Holly City Handcraft

How's this for a cup o' cheer? {ad} If you have never made a @cognacusa cocktail during the holiday season, I've got you covered. For this recipe, I used a VS cognac which "merries" well with the subtle ingredients of banana liqueur and white creme de cacao. Adding a touch of rosemary syrup just rounds it all out and gives you a touch of that festive spirit. Cheers and Happy Holidays everyone!

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Cognac VS

  • ¾ oz Banana Liqueur

  • 1 oz White Creme de Cacao

  • ¼ oz Rosemary Syrup

  • ½ oz Heavy Cream

  • 4 Drops Smoke/Salt Bitters

  • Caramelized Banana (garnish)

tools:

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour and strain over a chilled Nick and Norah glass. Garnish with with a caramelized banana. Serve and enjoy! 21+
