Snowy-weather cocktails on deck, starting with a classic that I’ve never had before…

ingredients:

• 2 oz | 60 ml Rhum Agricole

• ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Demerara Sugar

• ½ oz | 15 ml Allspice Dram

• 1 Tsp Butter

• 1 Star Anise

• 1 Clove

• 4 oz | 120 ml Hot Water

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a toddy cup for mug. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
