Hot Buttered Rum
Snowy-weather cocktails on deck, starting with a classic that I’ve never had before…
ingredients:
2 oz | 60 ml Rhum Agricole
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Demerara Sugar
½ oz | 15 ml Allspice Dram
1 Tsp Butter
1 Star Anise
1 Clove
4 oz | 120 ml Hot Water
instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a toddy cup for mug. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
