Mint Syrup

I hear there’s some sort of 🐎 race tomorrow and a certain cocktail *cough* mint julep *cough* that requires mint syrup. Let me show you how easy that is to make.

Stay tuned later today so I can show you how to make the easiest julep you’ve ever made. Just in time for Derby Day!



ingredients:

  • 250g White Sugar

  • 200g Water

  • 3 Mint Sprigs (leaves only)

instructions:

Add mint to simmering water and let it steep for 3 mins. Turn off heat and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove mint leaves and store in a sealed bottle. Refrigerate and keep for *2-4 weeks.
