The Cucumber Basil Aviation
Picked up these unique martini glasses today and thought I should do a couple experiments… you know, for science.
ingredients:
2 oz Gin
0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
0.25 oz Crème de Violette
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Basil leaves
Cucumber wheels
instructions:
In a shaker, lightly muddle basil and cucumber with lime juice, mix the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake. In the base, lightly muddle more cucumber slices, basil leaves and a lime wheel then add water to dry ice so the aromas are expelled from the base. Serve up in a chilled martini glass to top of the base, garnish with a single @luxardousa cherry or in this case, a blackberry. Cheers!🍸oy!
