The Rye Old Fashioned

ingredients:

• 2½ oz. 10 Year Rye

• ½ oz. Demerara Simple Syrup

• 5-6 Drops Aromatic Bitters

• Orange Twist

• Italian Cherry

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine bourbon, syrup and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange twist and cherry . Serve and enjoy!
