Suns out, Gins out

It's here, folks! Today marks the first day of #NegroniWeek.



 

ingredients:

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Campari

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Gin

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Lillet Rose

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Yellow Chartreuse

  • 1 Pinch Smoked Salt

  • 2 Drops Orange/Fig Bitters

  • Dried Rosemary (for smoking)

  • Dehydrated Blood Orange

instructions:

Combine Bulldog Gin, Campari, Lillet, Yellow Chartreuse, salt and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Strain and pour into a carafe. Using a @breville Smoking Gun, smoke dried rosemary and transfer the smoke into the carafe. Swirl for 10 seconds. Pour the smoked Negroni over a crystal clear ice cube and garnish with fresh rosemary and a dehydrated blood orange.
