ingredients:
2 oz. Peach Brandy from highwirechs
½ oz. Peach Syrup
¾ oz Pineau des Charentes
4 Dashes Peach Bitters
Expressed Lemon Twist
3 Drops Truffle Oil
Peach Fan Garnish
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube in a rocks glass rimmed with crushed dehydrated banana.
