Ba’groni

Bananas + Campari = a match made in heaven.

“The Ba’Groni is using a spiced rum/aged rum blend, a touch of blanc vermouth and banana liqueur to round it out. I love bananas and rum and this makes it an easy sipping Negroni for #NegroniWeek

ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Peach Brandy from highwirechs

  • ½ oz. Peach Syrup

  • ¾ oz Pineau des Charentes

  • 4 Dashes Peach Bitters

  • Expressed Lemon Twist

  • 3 Drops Truffle Oil

  • Peach Fan Garnish

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube in a rocks glass rimmed with crushed dehydrated banana.
