Brulee’d Banana Boulevardier
Ew, a caramelized banana” -
No one ever This recipe combined the traditional elements of a classic Boulevardier but enhanced it with caramelized banana, which pairs amazingly well with Amontillado sherry in lieu of vermouth. This was one of my favorite cocktails last year, definitely make this one!
ingredients:
1½ oz 100 Proof Bourbon
¾ oz Italian Bitter Aperitif
½ oz Banana Liqueur
¾ oz Amontillado Sherry
Brûlée’d Banana Garnish
instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, stir, pour over clear ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a caramelized banana.
