Coconut Bianco Negroni

This might be the most meta thing I’ve ever done…

🥥 Remember when we aged that rum Negroni in a coconut? Well, I hope y’all didn’t throw away that coconut meat soaked with the Negroni because it’s packed with flavor. So now that we’ve aged a Negroni in that coconut, we’re going to age the coconut in a Bianco Negroni - stay tuned for part 2!



 

ingredients:

  • 1 Part Gin

  • 1 Part Bitter Bianco

  • 1 Part Blanc Vermouth

  • 6 oz Negroni-aged Coconut Chunks

  • 1 Lemon Twist

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large jar and store for up to 1 week. When ready to serve, stir 3 ounces over ice until chilled. Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve and enjoy.
