The Venetian Negroni

What can I say, I’m a sucker for olive brine in my bittersweet cocktails.



 

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz. Gin

  • ¾ oz. Select Aperitivo

  • ½ oz. Amaro Montenegro

  • ½ oz. Cocchi Americano

  • 1 Barspoon Olive Brine

  • 3 Olives (Garnish) (sliced)

instructions:

Add all ingredients (except garnish) into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with sea bean frond. Serve and enjoy!
