Feeling inspired after reading up on some Amari via btparsons book entitled "Amaro". Check out the recipe below for a rich, yet complex cocktail for any occasion.

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Amaro

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Bourbon

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Classic Tonic Syrup

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg white

  • Lemon Twist

 

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in shaking tin with ice. Reverse dry shake and double strain into a chilled coupe with large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist twist. Serve and enjoy.
