You asked for more Paloma riffs, I gotchu!

This one subs the traditional salt rim with olive brine and it works SO well with the grapefruit in this recipe. Saline and aperitivos rend to accentuate the citrus notes and in this case, it brings out some of the grapefruit in Salers. Hope yall enjoy this one, it’d be a good one to batch.



 

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Tequila

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Grapefruit Juice

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Saler’s

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Agave Nectar

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Olive Brine

  • Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge + Olives

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. ExprStir, strain over big cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
