You asked for more Paloma riffs, I gotchu!

This one subs the traditional salt rim with olive brine and it works SO well with the grapefruit in this recipe. Saline and aperitivos rend to accentuate the citrus notes and in this case, it brings out some of the grapefruit in Salers. Hope yall enjoy this one, it’d be a good one to batch.



 

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Gin

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Salers Aperitif

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Cucielo Dry Vermouth

  • 1 Barspoon Olive Brine

  • 1 Olive (Garnish)

  • Lemon Twist

instructions:

Add all ingredients (except garnish) into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with sea bean frond. Serve and enjoy!be in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
