Chartreuse Daiquiri

The daiquiri you didn’t know you wanted.

Happy #NationalDaiquiriDay - figured I’d kick off y’alls weekend with a solid sipper here. A classic daiq with the addition of Chartreuse and sea salt is the jam and you need to make it immediately.

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml White Rum

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Simple Syrup

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Yuzu Juice

  • 3 Dashes Chartreuse Eau de Vie

  • Rinse with Jamaican Rum

  • 1 Small Pinch of Sea Salt

  • Lime Wheel (garnish)

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish into a shaking tin with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or stemmed glass.  Garnish with the calamansi.
