ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Gin
½ oz | 15 ml Pear Brandy
1 oz | 30 ml Honey Syrup
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Barspoon Gold Pearl Dust
3 Maraschino Cherries
instructions:
Combine all ingredients except pearl dust in a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over a large cube in a rocks glass. Add your pearl dust (a little goes a long way) and stir until it is incorporated - you should start to see your drink shine and sparkle. Garnish with cherries and you’re good to go!
