Gold Rush Sour

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Reserve Bourbon

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Spiced Pear Liqueur

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Honey Syrup

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lemon Juice

  • 3 Drops Aromatic Bitters

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Aquafaba (Chickpea liquid from the can)

  • 1 Egg White

instructions:

Combine ingredients, reverse dry shake. Strain and pour into a chilled coupe. Garnish with streaks of bitters.
