Nap Thyme

👶🏽 Given some of the lack of sleep we’ve been getting lately, I figured I’d whip something up to fix that.



 

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Green Chile

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Red Grapefruit Juice

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Pineapple Juice

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Agave Nectar

  • 2 Sprigs of Thyme

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice. Shake for 5-10 seconds. Double strain and pour into a collins glass over a solid piece of ice. Garnish with fresh sprig of thyme and a lime wheel (if desired).
