Renewed Revival
Your holiday party cocktail just arrived… recipe below.
Today I’m working with my friends at @thelostexplorer to make a seasonal margarita riff. They make some incredible agave-based spirits and also have a commitment to sustainability which inspired this spiced pineapple syrup I used for this cocktail. This syrup uses every part of the pineapple along with some fall spices and is essential in this recipe and figured it would be a great fit with the brightness of the tequila and the smokiness of the mezcal rinse.
Give this one a try, cheers y’all!
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml TLE Blanco Tequila
1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Spiced Pineapple Syrup
Smoked Salt Rim
Lemon Wheel Garnish
Pineapple Fronds
Flamed Cinnamon Stick Garnish
TLE Espadin Mezcal Rinse
instructions:
