Home for the holidays?
Doesn’t matter because you’ll be wanting to make this recipe wherever you are. I made this because I was looking for a festive Boulevardier alternative and think this was it. Let me know what yall think!
Here’s another twist on an Amaro cocktail from btparsons book, “Amaro” named the ‘Toronto’ — I’ll admit I’m not the most avid fan of Canadian whiskies, but you’ll be surprised what a touch of black walnut bitters, Fernet and demerara will do a cocktail.

I don’t know about you but sometimes classic cocktails just take me back to the holidays. They’re simple, easy and perfect after a long day. Enjoy this one next to the fire and bundle up.
If you like daiquiris then you’ll love this recipe.
It’s the national cocktail of Martinique and Guadeloupe. ‘Ti’ is an abbreviation for “petite” (aka small) - so the cocktail name translates to ‘small punch’. It’s all built in the glass and as easy to drink as it is to make. Today we’re making a spin on it by adding light herbal elements via “Végétal de la Grande Chartreuse” aka “the elixir” - its the purest form of the original Chartreuse out there (and actually readily available).
The cure for all those Sunday scaries 💀🥃
Together with my friends at @blackenedamericanwhiskey, we took the traditional elements of a classic Boulevardier but enhanced it with caramelized banana and some torched absinthe to create something unique and familiar. BLACKENED American Whiskey provides a great base that provides both depth and richness to this already delicious recipe. Let me know what y’all think if you make it! #ad21+
Cheers y’all.
Did you know there are only three places in the US where you can try my cocktails at actual bar? Two of them are in Charleston but one is actually at claytonandcrume’s speakeasy in Louisville, KY. Last year I had the opportunity to help craft the menu for their inaugural opening right before the Kentucky Derby. This was one of those recipes.
It’s an easy one and one of my go-to cocktails to make at home.
Hey you, lets unwind a bit, shall we?
Together with my friends at drinkhighwest I wanted to take you to a place that disconnects you from the daily work grind so I created a cocktail to take you away from the treadmill of everyday life. So close your eyes for a sec and imagine a scene under the starry night sky, fire roaring, surrounded by your closest friends with a cocktail in hand… this is THAT cocktail. After all, High West is more about the spirit itself & giving a taste of the west -- exploration & adventure
Please drink responsibly. Cheers y’all..
Cue the slow jams, you’ll be wanting to make this #ValentinesDay inspired Negroni-riff TONIGHT.
The strawberry infused Campari brings that strawberry flavor to the party and complements the fruity notes of this smooth Reposado. Combined with Creme de Cacao and a touch of sea salt, this cocktail provides you a salted, dark chocolate-covered strawberry…. in a glass. Your partner will thank you… you’re welcome <3
I hear January 26 is #NationalSpicyMargaritaDay, so here’s a recipe to celebrate!
We’ve created a spicy margarita recipe with their jalapeño tequila. This rendition is perfect in all kinds of weather and enjoyed sipping on the back porch or with your dinner.
