Back from the Dead

Spooky season is in the air …



 

ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Hecate Coffee Liqueur

  • 1½ oz. 100 Proof Rye

  • ¾ oz. Hazelnut Liqueur

  • 1 Pinch Smoked Salt

  • 5 Dashes Cinnamon bitters

  • Smoked Applewood (optional)

  • Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Smoke the contents of the mixing glass using a smoke top smoker. Stir, strain, and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve and enjoy!
