Nothing better to do during tropical storm #hermine? May as well experiment with Matcha... This makes it healthy right?



 

ingredients:

  • 2½ oz | 75 ml Bourbon

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Ginger Honey Syrup

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg (Whites Only)

  • 1 Bar Spoon Matcha Powder

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. Reverse dry shake then pour and double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with matcha powder. Cheers to your health!
