Dill & Chill

While we had some downtime at Sony Camera Camp, me and a couple other food creators just hung out at the pool bar and I figured I'd get behind the bar and make a drink. The dill stole the show here, they just happened to be growing some fresh in the herb garden at @konakai last month and figured I'd put it to good use along with some of the other ingredients they had behind the bar. I landed on this salted watermelon & dill margarita riff which turned out to be super refreshing. Will definitely have to make this again. Shot on @sonyalpha A7Cii and ZV-E10ii



 

ingredients:

  • 2 oz | 60 ml Blanco Tequila

  • 1 oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Agave Syrup

  • 5 Watermelon Chunks + 3 for Garnish

  • 1 Pinch Salt

  • Dill Sprig + Flower (Garnish)

  • Tajin

instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin (except dill flower) and muddle. Shake with ice
