The Elderflower Gimlet
I guess it's been a while since I posted one of these but here it is:
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Gin
½ oz | 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
¼ oz | 7.5 ml Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Simple
1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 egg (whites only)
instructions:
In a Boston shaker, reverse dry shake Gin, St. Germain, egg whites and lime juice. Pour and fine strain in a coupe, slowly pour tea syrup over a spoon so it sinks to the bottom of the coupe. No garnish necessary but this wildflower looked too perfect not to use. Enjoy!
