A smokey and refreshing festive cocktail? Sure, why not?
I’ve created a cocktail thats sure to warm you up and cool you down at the same time. This takes The Classic Laddie, an unpeated, scotch whisky, combined with the flavors of rosemary and allspice with an aroma of smokey rosemary to create a cocktail that is as refreshing as it is smokey. ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Single Malt Islay Scotch Whisky
½ oz | 15 ml Allspice Dram
½ oz | 15 ml Rosemary Syrup
½ oz | 15 ml Lemon
Ginger Beer
Flamed Rosemary Sprig
instructions:
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer and garnish and into a shaking tin with ice. Strain/pour into a highball glass with pebble ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with flamed rosemary, add straw, serve and enjoy.
