🥃 Merry Christmas Eve, folks! For our Annual Christmas Party this year, Mick and I came up with the recipe below which was then kegged; needless to say, it was delicious and absolutely demolished by our guests. Hope you enjoy it!



 

ingredients:

  • 2 oz |60 ml Rye Whiskey

  • .5oz |15 ml Apple Jack

  • .5oz | 15 ml Sweet Vermouth

  • 4 Drops Pumpkin Spice Bitters

  • Apple Ginger Honey Soda

  • Apple Slice Garnish

  • 1 Egg White

instructions:

Combine Rye, Apple Jack, sweet vermouth, egg white and bitters with ice. Reverse dry shake then double strain over ice.

Slowly top with Apple Ginger Honey soda until egg white foam is at its peak. Garnish with apple slices and enjoy! Bonus points: grate fresh cinnamon over top.
