Nitro-Kegged Espresso Martini

If you don’t bring a kegged Espresso Martini to a party, are you even a good friend?

If you’ve kept up with my stories you’ll know that I’ve been experimenting with creating a batched Espresso Martini at home in a nitro keg. This achieves the same foamy head that you’d get from a typical espresso martini except straight from the tap and without all the extra fuss of shaking.

Batched Chocolate Espresso Martini

For those asking about a smaller format batched Espresso Martini recipe, I got you!

Check out the recipe below or check out the link in the bio!

I typically put a pinch of salt in my espresso martinis anyway but that savory, cheesy, funky salinity you get from parmesan is just unmatched and worked perfectly in this cocktail. I would not be surprised to see this pop up at more bars soon, but y’all already know that would be a $24 cocktail 😂

TL;DR: You need to make this, its so good.
