This recipe is for all you bitter/sweet/strong cocktail fans out there. Benedictine really brings this recipe to the next level as the dry vermouth rounds the cocktail out. Its a great balance of flavors and is relatively simple to make. I also recently received some smoked orange wheels from the folks over at @smokinconnie and not only do they look great, they add another dimension of smoky aroma and slight flavor to the drink.

Sidenote: Any other creatives with a kiddo or two burning the midnight oil lately? I know with all the madness with this pandemic, I’m personally spending most of my time being productive once everyone in the house goes to sleep.
